Erdinc has been involved in fitness since he was a child, starting with Judo at the age of 11 and subsequently representing Turkey on the National Judo team. He trains people with a range of fitness experience, from those who have trained for 12+ years, to clients who are just starting on the road to a healthier lifestyle.
He has a broad range of qualifications, enabling him to offer a holistic personal training system, focusing on areas such as: postural and corrective exercise; injury prevention and recovery; massage therapy; weight management and muscle building; decreasing stress, and increasing mindfulness.
He takes a personalised, empathetic approach to training by building you an individual programme.
